R K Sri Krishna, located in Malleshwaram, Bangalore, offers a variety of organic homemade products, including ghee, wood-pressed oils, millets, rice, and organic spices.

All products offered by R K Sri Krishna are subject to availability. We strive to ensure that product descriptions and prices are accurate, but we do not guarantee that the information is error-free. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

• Product Variations: Due to the nature of organic and homemade products, slight variations in color, texture, and taste may occur. These variations are not considered defects.

• Health Claims: Any health-related information provided is for educational purposes only and should not replace medical advice. Please consult a healthcare professional for specific health concerns.

3. Orders and Payment

• Order Acceptance: Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to stock availability, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

• Payment Methods: We accept payments through secure online payment gateways, credit/debit cards, UPI, and cash on delivery (where applicable). Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

• Pricing: All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified. Shipping fees, if applicable, will be added to your order total.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery Times: We aim to deliver products within the estimated time frame mentioned during the order process. However, we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or logistics issues.

• International Shipping: At present, we do not offer international shipping. Deliveries are only available within India.

5. Returns and Refunds

​

 Return Policy: We accept returns or exchanges of defective or damaged products within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds: If approved, refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days and will be credited back to your original method of payment.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed, but you may be eligible for a return or refund under our Return Policy.

R K Sri Krishna is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
